DESCRIPTION
Late in the last century men commercially planted coconut palms. Valued for It’s oil and used it the host of other products, Coconut Palm flourished in the majority of the tropical regions. Coconut trees are the latest material to be used for floor. The wood from these coconut is as hard as maple and as dark as cherry. The rich coloring has beautiful graining. Only the outer third of the one foot diameter coconut trees is hard enough to use.

COLOUR
Colour tones and hues range from golden to near ebony. Coconut is not organised with separate sapwood and heart wood perimeters. It has no annual growth rings, no rays, no heartwood, no branches and no knots. Rather, it has the equivalent of vascular bundles that are spread throughout the cellulose structure of the tree and continuous and contiguous for the length of the tree. Non branching, the tree is naturally free of all knots

Coconut has a rich, warm, natural look. They can be used in homes of any age and style. They are suitable for almost any rooms in the house.
